This program is designed for anyone aged 13 – 99. Unlike children’s programs, this program focuses on high-intensity fitness and self-defense in today’s world. Adults often join this program to be able to defend themselves in potential dangerous or uncomfortable situations. This program challenges adults in all areas of fitness, which include cardio, strength training, and flexibility. Martial Arts training will develop you both physically and mentally in order to reach your max potential.
